Welcome to Littlefair Photography. By booking a session, using our services, or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before making your booking.

1. Booking Fee & Payment Policy

To secure your session, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your total session cost.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days before your scheduled shoot.

  • If the full balance is not received by this time, your images will not be released for viewing or download until payment is made in full.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the time and resources reserved for each session:

  • Cancellations made 11 days or more before your shoot will forfeit the booking fee, but no further charges will apply.

  • Cancellations made within 10 days of the shoot will result in the full session balance remaining due, regardless of attendance.

  • Failure to settle outstanding payments may result in future bookings being declined and legal action taken to recover the amount owed.

In the rare case that Littlefair Photography must cancel or reschedule, we will work with you to arrange a new date. No refunds of the deposit will be given in this instance.

3. Editing Turnaround

We strive to deliver polished, high-end imagery. However, editing turnaround may vary depending on workload.

  • The standard timeframe is 3–4 weeks from the date you submit your final image selections.

  • This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

  • A Fast Track editing service is available for those who require quicker turnaround—please enquire about this when booking.

4. Image Storage & Deletion

Your final edited images will be securely stored for 12 months from the date of delivery.

  • After this period, images will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to download and safely store their images within this time.

  • Littlefair Photography is not liable for any loss of images after the 12-month retention period.

5. Session Guidelines

To maintain a professional, respectful, and smooth experience, we kindly ask all clients to adhere to the following:

  • Guests: Female guests are allowed with prior notice. Male guests are not permitted under any circumstances. All guests must respect the shoot environment and follow the photographer’s directions.

  • Preparation: Please arrive with clean hair and no makeup, unless a hair and makeup service is arranged.

  • Cosmetic Procedures: Avoid Botox, fillers, or any facial injectables within 24 hours prior to your shoot for best results.

  • Attire: Please bring a robe to wear in between setups, especially when moving around the location out of respect for the property owners.

6. Agreement

By paying the booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated above.

These terms are designed to protect the experience for all clients and ensure we can provide a premium, professional service from start to finish.
